Sweetgreen To Come To Brookline

Here's where.

BROOKLINE, MA —If you were wondering what's going to open in the spot formerly occupied by Lady Grace, it looks like SweetGreen, the farm-to-table salad restaurant known for known for its salads and grain bowls is coming to Coolidge Corner.

According to town documents, the store's representatives met with the Town Planner to get persmission to install facade signs, awnings and and new façade treatment for the spot, which will be situated at 1364 Beacon Street, on Sept. 18.

Sweetgreen, the Washington based chain, currently has 10 locations in the state including ChestnutHill, is slated to open six new locations in the area, including; 60 State St, The Seaport, and Brookline's own Coolidge Corner.

Founded in 2007, the restaurant was created with an eye toward healthy eating, and supporting local, sustainable, and transparent growers and producers.
