Tom Brady's Mega-Mansion in Brookline Nearing Completion

Work is almost complete on Tom Brady’s new mega-mansion in Brookline.

Earlier this year, the New England Patriots quarterback and his wife, Gisele Bundchen, sold their old home in Los Angeles to Dr. Dre for $40 million. They plan to live in their new Brookline home in the Heath Street area full-time.

Brady and Bundchen won approval from Brookline’s Zoning Board last year to purchase a 5.2 acre lot from Pine Manor College to construct the home. The home will have five bathrooms, a swimming pool, a yoga studio, and a wine cellar, among other features, according to NESN.
