People who test positive for tuberculosis have a 5 to 10 percent chance of developing active tuberculosis disease spread during their lifetime; treatment of the infection as a result of a positive test can prevent this from occurring, according to the DPH.
Patch reached out to Tiny World Child Care, but a representative from the school was not immediately available for comment.
