• Canton Schools Get Large Grant For New Literacy Curriculum (patch.com) — Canton families can expect major updates to early reading instruction after Canton Public Schools secured a $190,000 state PRISM II Literacy Grant to overhaul its K–3 curriculum. District leaders will pilot several evidence-based programs this spring, involve local educators in reviewing options, and aim to choose a new literacy curriculum by June 2027, aligning with statewide efforts to strengthen early literacy.
