Christian Tripp-Kirwin, 21, and Joseph Luna, 21, both of Lowell, will be arraigned in Lowell District Court Tuesday on charges of of possession of a firearm without a license.Anthony Luna, 24, was shot and killed Saturday. The Middlesex DA's Office did not say whether Anthony Luna and Joseph Luna were related, but said all three men knew each other.Police responded to two men fleeing the scene of O'Connell St. and Fay St. in Lowell.
