Bridgewell names
new psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner



 



Bridgewell Counseling Services has named Carolyn Bagley, RN, BSN, MSN,
PMHNP-BC to a key position in its outpatient psychiatric and mental health
clinic in Chelmsford, MA. Bagley will provide psychiatric evaluations and
medication management to children, adolescents, and adults.

“The addition of Carolyn Bagley to our
professional staff ensures our capacity to provide the highest quality of care
to each and every patient we serve,” said Kimberley J. Haley, M.Ed., LMHC, Bridgewell’s Director of Clinical
Services. “Her ability to prescribe and manage medication for children and
adolescents, in addition to adults, broadens the expertise we are able to offer
in order to successfully address the medication needs of all individuals coming
to us for care.

Bagley was previously employed as an RN
at Franciscan Hospital for Children in Brighton, where she collaborated with an
interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, RNs, case managers, and mental health
specialists, developing and implementing individual treatment plans for the
patients she served. 



Bagley received her Master of Science in
Nursing from Northeastern University, Boston and is a certified family
psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
from Villanova University, Villanova, PA. 
She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society.



 



Bridgewell is
dedicated to supporting and helping individuals with developmental and
psychiatric disabilities to direct their own lives, achieve personal and
professional success, and remain active participants in society. Bridgewell is
56 years old and serves nearly 5,000 individuals and their families annually through
more than 95 programs, including 73 residential programs in 22 communities in
eastern Massachusetts. Bridgewell provides residential and day services,
affordable housing and homeless services, clinical services, recreational
services, as well as employment training and educational services.
