A former high school classmate told police the 29-year-old was an "avid flasher."

CHELMSFORD, MA – A Chelmsford man accused of exposing himself to a woman at Walmart has a history of similar allegations, according to police. Jonathan Wentzell, 29, has faced charges in Lowell, Dracut and Lexington.
