‘Flangelator’ Plumbing Solution from Jack McHugh Remodeling Now Distributed by Raven Products

The Flangelator™, a breakthrough solution for plumbers and bathroom tile setters manufactured by Jack McHugh Remodeling & General Contracting in Chelmsford, Mass., is now being distributed by Raven Products. Based in Westborough, Mass., Raven Products is a leader in wholesale distribution of plumbing and heating supplies.

While installed during rough plumbing, the benefits of the patent-pending Flangelator are realized at the finished plumbing stage. Measuring 5” in diameter and 7/8” in height, the plastic template is easily secured to the drain test cap with a single wingnut.

The perimeter of the Flangelator then provides tile setters with unprecedented guidance with which to position the underlayment and tiles at the precisely accurate distance from the 3” waste pipe. In addition, six fold-down tabs provide returning plumbers with exact screw locations. The Flangelator can then be removed for future reuse.
