If you can give me some advice that would be awesome! Going away with my boyfriend to the Jersey Shore for July 4th weekend and GOTTA lose 10 pounds by then cuz I would be super embarrassed if he saw me in a bathing suit the way I look now!

You are giving yourself 7 weeks to lose 10 pounds, which is achievable. Follow these 5 very important tips to keep you on track to be bikini ready:
- Start counting calories and keep to a 1500 calories a day eating plan.
- Eat 5 times a day to rev up your metabolism
- Try to have a good source of protein at every meal. Good sources of protein include fish, chicken, lean beef, egg whites, cottage cheese and greek yogurt.
- Drink lots of water-at least 64 ounces a day
- Do at least 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval cardio 5 times a week. High intensity is intervals of all out max effort followed by intervals of active recovery. Crossfit or Crossfit-style is a good example of a high intensity workouts.
