On September 10, Byam had the first school-wide PRIDE assembly of the year. Students began with an interactive PRIDE definition scramble and then we discussed the important core values that make us people of good character. Byam students will be working to earn “roars” that are nominated by staff when they observe students displaying a core value. We have set our mid-year goal for 300 roars that will be monitored throughout the year on our “Byam Roars with PRIDE” decibel meter bulletin board.
