Chelmsford Declares Early Dismissal, Parking Ban For Feb. 12

CHELMSFORD, MA – Chelmsford Public Schools is calling an early dismissal ahead of an expected snowstorm Tuesday afternoon. Administrators are aiming for all students to be home by 3 p.m., which is when snow is expected to intensify.

Dismissal times are as follows:

Chelmsford High School 12:52 p.m.

McCarthy & Parker Middle Schools 1:40 p.m.

All Elementary Schools 2:18 p.m.

All afternoon and evening programs scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 12 are canceled.

The town has also declared a winter storm parking ban from 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Residents are asked to keep vehicles off the roads.
