Chelmsford Men Arrested In Break-In: Police

Police said Philip Carter and Michael Santangelo were recently arrested.

WESTFORD, MA — Two Chelmsford men were recently arrested in Westford after police said they broke into a building late at night. Philip Carter, 35, and Michael Santangelo, 29, were charged with a host of crimes following their arrests in Westford September 1. According to the police log, an officer encountered the pair following a report of a "suspicious" vehicle.
