There were a lot of surprises Tuesday, but one that flew under the radar happened in Chelmsford.Police responded to a call at 4:35 a.m. Tuesday about a pregnant woman in labor. Officers Linstad and Meehan were on the scene with the family within minutes, and members of the fire department and Trinity EMS arrived shortly after.At 4:52 a.m., a new Chelmsford resident - a boy - came into the world.
