Those arrests and more are included in the latest Chelmsford police log: February 26 Andrew Khoury, 23, of Chelmsford, was arrested on a warrant. February 25 <ul><li>Sylvia Robbins, 24, of Fitchburg, was arrested and charged with drunk driving, negligent driving and failure to stay in marked lanes. </li><li>Rocheli Agosto, 18, of Lowell, was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.</li></ul>February 24 Julio Santana, 21, of Worcester, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. February 21 Nicholas Loree, 33, of Lowell, was arrested on a warrant for leaving the scene of a crash.
