We serve ages 3 months through 6th grade, with year-round care options, before &amp; aftercare, enrichment, and after school programs. Keystone has half day and full day pre-k openings for the current 25-26 school year, and we're accepting applications for 26-27. There are several ways to learn about Keystone. CHELMSFORD, MA — Chelmsford police on Wednesday announced Jason Hanscom was promoted to lieutenant. Police Chief James Spinney announced the Hanscom's promotion from sergeant. "I wish Lt. Hanscom all the best as he joins the Chelmsford Police Department's command staff and begins a new chapter in his career," Spinney said in a statement. "Lt. Hanscom's new role will be that of Shift Commander for the midnight-8 a.m. shift. He will oversee all operations issues, as well as, care and control of all persons in custody at the police department."
