Chelmsford Schools Have Two-Hour Delay Tuesday

Monday’s storm means a two-hour delay for the Chelmsford Public Schools Tuesday. All buses will run two hours late and morning kindergarten classes are canceled.

The Community Education Extended-Day programs will open at 8 a.m. Tuesday.

A storm on the heels of last week’s blizzard dropped more than a foot of snow in the area on Monday, causing Tuesday’s delay. School officials announced Sunday due to that storm there would be no school on Monday.

Students had two snow days just last week following the blizzard that dropped two to three feet of snow across the region.
