Chelmsford Schools Two-Hour Delay Thursday

Chelmsford students will get to sleep in Thursday morning. Chelmsford Public Schools have announced a two-hour delay Thursday morning. There will also be no AM kindergarten.

As the deep freeze settles in, forecasters are predicting wind chills at times Thursday to be as low as 24 below zero, causing many schools across the state to delay or cancel classes all together.
