Though the Lady Lions were on top early, the Spartans used a fourth inning rally to take a 3-2 lead that they would hold onto the rest of the game.

The Chelmsford High School softball team took an early edge over host Stoneham, but the Lions couldn't hold onto their edge as the Spartans went on to snag a 3-2 victory on Wednesday afternoon.
