Chelmsford's Spirit is Wellness Center's Target Audience

From the inside out, one local business hopes to find a way to better serve Chelmsford.

Now in its third year, Spirit Renewal Center Wellness Center offers an alternative type of therapy - a spiritual one that connects with energies through holistic manners. Owner Tiffany Fisher says she wants her business to be a place where people can safely express heart and mind.

"We offer energetic bodywork, spiritual direction, reiki, polarity therapy, reflexology, spa sessions, holistic health coaching, and life coaching," she said. "Each session is tailored to the individual and their needs in the holistic whole mind-body-spirit of each person."

The Center's classes offer meditation, Spirit Through Art Transformation, Flicks 'Formation, a free film with GMO-free snacks, Avatar Classes, Chi Movement, and more. Class prices usually range from free to $10.

Spirit Renewal Center Wellness Center is located at Acton Rd., Suite 23. Want to learn more? Visit the Holiday Open House on Saturday, Dec. 3, from 3-6 p.m. There will be raffles, light refreshments, tours of the Center, and the therapists to answer questions.
