MOVE. is great for clients who enjoy a team environment, but still want to have a trainer with them every step of the way. All exercises we do can be progressed and regressed according to individual skill levels, training experience and injury history.
Each class starts with a comprehensive warm-up consisting of joint mobility, muscle activation and general movement preparation. For the remainder of the hour we shift our focus to strength training and metabolic conditioning.
