Purim Program and Carnival

All are invited to Congregation Shalom in Chelmsford on Sunday, March 11 for a family-friendly celebration of the Jewish holiday of Purim. The fun begins at 10 a.m. with a Purim program, featuring a “Purim shpiel” and more to make the story of Purim come alive, and continues at 11 a.m. with a parade and teen-run carnival with games, prizes, and raffles. Costumes are welcome, and admission is free. Game tickets, Hamantaschen baked by congregation members, and lunch food will be available at family-friendly prices, with proceeds supporting the Shalomites, the temple’s teenage youth group.
