Looking for a fun way to spend a gorgeous Saturday morning? Come on down to Russell Mill Pond Town Forest and join the Conservation Commission (including yours truly) for investigation of the forest's vernal pools and its critters. Come learn about these special creatures and help us certify our town vernal pools. We will meet in the parking lot at 105 Mill Road on Saturday March 24 @ 10 am. For the full experience, if you have boots or waders, you may want to bring them. The water is still a bit brrrr.
