#1. Do You Love the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail?: The Town relies on volunteers for helping with maintenance of the 5.3 miles of rail trail in Chelmsford. Although many people have been helping to keep the trail litter free, control of weeds and maintenance of landscaping has been more difficult.
Folks can volunteer to weed sections of the trail. They should consult with the Chelmsford BPAC, Chelmsford.BPAC@gmail.com, if they want to plant anything. To receive a complementary Friends of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail t-shirt for helping out, they should send email to info@brucefreemanrailtrail.org
#2. There's a Cholesterol Screening... for Chelmsford residents only on Tuesday September 25 from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. ($15.00 Fee)

#5. Pictured: Chelmsford student Shawn Mok recently met with State Representative James Arciero at the State House.
As part of his visit, he spoke with the Representative about several issues currently facing the Massachusetts House of Representatives and was taken into the House Chamber for an up close view from a different perspective.
Mr. Mok is a recent graduate of Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua, New Hampshire and will be attending George Washington University this fall. Mr. Mok is currently interning in the Chelmsford Town Clerk’s office.
