Harassment, Larceny, Shoplifting: Chelmsford Police Log

CHELMSFORD, MA — Chelmsford police over the last week arrested suspects charged with crimes involving harassment, larceny and shoplifting. These are more were included in the latest Chelmsford police log. Suspects are presumed innocent.

Monday, May 1

• Jonathan Kiley, 35, of Salem, was arrested on a warrant.
• Scott Leccese, 51, of Chelmsford, was arrested on warrants for criminal harassment.
• Brian Mansfield, 35, of Chelmsford, was arrested on a warrant for shoplifting.

Saturday, May 6

• Sarah Langathianos, 27, of Lowell, was charged with larceny over $250.

Sunday, May 7

• Justin Khiaosoth, 18, of Lowell, was charged with receiving stolen property and driving without a license.
• David Toro-Agudelo, 21, of Lowell, was arrested on a warrant for breaking and entering.
