Lowell Man Killed In NH Motorcycle Crash
A 25-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle hit a light pole and flipped on I-93 South Thursday afternoon.

LOWELL, MA – A 25-year-old Lowell man has been identified as the motorcyclist killed on I-93 in New Hampshire Thursday afternoon. New Hampshire State Police said Wilson Morales was seen speeding and weaving in and out of traffic on I-93 South before striking a light pole and flipping over near a rest area in the town of Hooksett.
A New Hampshire state trooper had attempted to give chase around 2 p.m. but stopped so as not to endanger other drivers, police said. The trooper later came across the motorcycle, which had crashed in the rest area entrance. Police and bystanders attempted to help Morales, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash shut down I-93 South for nearly three hours Thursday afternoon. It remains under investigation.
