Lowell Man, Westwood Woman Nabbed for Shoplifting

Tuesday, Aug. 23

• At 3:13 a.m., police responded to John Street for a car fire.
• At 12:37 p.m., police checked Linwood Street for "two men yelling in the street."
• At 5:58 p.m., police checked Brian Road and Boston Road for a van with flat tires.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

• A Chelmsford man was arrested on Stonegate Road at 9:54 a.m. Jeffrey D. Fallier, 24, of 48 Stonegate Road, was arrested on tree warrants.
• A Lowell man and a Westwood woman were arrested on Chelmsford Street at 2:43 p.m. Mihran Anthony Mosko, 38, of 102 Appleton St., Lowell, was charged with larceny of property worth more than $250. Krista M. Provenzano, 40, of 5 Whitewood Road, Westwood, was charged with larceny of property worth $250 or more and illegal possession of a Class B substance.
