Lowell SWAT Raid: Cocaine Seized
Lowell police and a Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council SWAT team seized cocaine during a raid over the weekend.

LOWELL, MA — Lowell police and a Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council SWAT team seized cocaine during a raid at a city residence Sunday. No suspects were immediately arrested, though police said they plan to file charges against the residents. Officers seized 23 grams of cocaine, drug packaging materials, a sawed-off shotgun and ammunition, police said.
The raid happened Sunday morning at a Second Street residence in Lowell.
"The investigation is continuing," Lowell police said in a statement.
