LYNN, MA – Police Tuesday night captured a Lynn man on the Massachusetts State Police Most Wanted list for his alleged role in a fatal 2012 home invasion in Billerica. Steven Touch, an alleged gang leader, was found hiding inside a drawer built into a bed frame on Empire Street.
Touch, 28, and two co-defendants, Sophan Keo, 29, and Gabriel Arias, 24, were indicted in June 2017 for the murder of 22-year-old Quintin Koehler during a home invasion in Billerica on July 7, 2012, state police said. Keo and Arias were arrested but Touch remained at large.
He was added to the Most Wanted list last September.
