New Restaurants to Open, Glenview Pub Changes Stockholder

Chelmsfordians can look forward to some new places to eat this summer and enjoy an old favorite with a new stockholder.

• Yanagi Sushi this week went before the Board of Selectmen to seek its all alcohol license. The restaurant will open at 83 Parkhurst Road, Unit 1, where  used to be. The board will make a decision on the license at their next meeting June 18.
• Pho Dalat opened its new location at Drum Hill on May 30. The restaurant is located where  used to be in the plaza. 
• A transfer of stockholder was approved for . Stephanie Sampsonis will be the new stockholder after her father passed away. The restaurant has been owned by the Sampsonis family for a number of years. Sampsonis, who holds a degree from Newbury College for hotel, restaurant and service management, has been working at the restaurant full-time since her father passed away. Longtime manager Sheila Vaughan will continue to manage the restaurant.
