Nobo Restaurant Opens This Week

Come Thursday, Chelmsford residents have a new restaurant in town with the official opening of Nobo Restaurant on March 12.

Located at 18 Boston Road in the newly redesigned Town Center Plaza, Nobo will feature Japanese and Asian Fusion Cuisine.

Chelmsford Artists Markus and Leslie Lewis were commissioned last fall to execute at least three murals, including some sculptural work at the new restaurant.

Nobo hosted a grand opening tasting event on March 5. You can view photos from the event on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

The restaurant will also be participating in Chelmsford’s annual Taste of Chelmsford charity event on March 23.

Restaurant hours will be Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays noon to 10 p.m.
