PHOTOS: Boston College High Beats Chelmsford, 35-14

Strong third quarter not enough for Chelmsford.

Chelmsford dropped to 3-1 on the season as Boston College High won Friday night 35-14 in high school football action at George Simonian Stadium. BC High scored on the opening kickoff, then backed it up with another touchdown later in the first quarter. Chelmsford made it 14-6 early in the second quarter as Matt Rabbito caught a pass from Colby Emanouil, but a bad snap nullified the extra point. On the ensuing kickoff, BC High again returned a kickoff for a touchdown. Less than two minutes later, BC High recovered a CHS fumble and drove for a touchdown.

In the second half, the Lions finished off a six-plus minute drive as Eddie Sheridan ran for a touchdown. Matt Rabbito made the two point conversion to make the score 28-14. In the fourth quarter, BC High added another touchdown and made it 35-14 to round out the scoring.
