Police Arrest Woman Alleged in OUI Hit-and-Run

The following are entries from the Chelmsford Police log for Sept. 14,15 and 16.

Friday, Sept. 14

12:32 a.m. – A reported fight broke out at the end of Cushing Place near the Brick House parking lot. Four officers were called in to deal with the incident.

1:07 a.m. – Police were brought in to help mediate in a dispute regarding the ex-boyfriend of a daughter living on Brick Kiln Road.

Saturday, Sept. 15

Arrests – Colleen Smith, 53, of 842 Stevens St. in Lowell, was arrested on charges of alleged larceny of property over $250.

1:15 p.m. – A dog was hit by a car near the corner of Eagle Nest and Spaulding roads.

3:50 p.m. – One child on Chelmsford Street was rushed to the hospital after drinking water conditioner.

Sunday, Sept. 16

Arrests – Christina Bibik, 35, of 360 Littleton Rd. was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident after property damage, and a previous warrant for disturbing the peace.

-          Ramon Clybourn, 31, 10 Murray Ln.in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle without a license and a warrant for previous charges not mentioned on the log.

-          Maxwell Giattino, 37, of 1357 Pawtucket Blvd. in Lowell was arrested for alleged assault and battery.

9:57 p.m. – Two officers checked out a pair of suspicious vans parked near the intersection of Carlisle Street and Manning Road.
