Police Crack Down on Shoplifters

Tuesday, Jan. 10
- At 1:23 p.m., three people were arrested on Parkhurst Road after a report of shoplifters. Michael R. Donlon, 28, of 8 Scroxton Dr., Billerica, was charged with larceny of property worth $250 or more. He was also arrested on a warrant. Nicole Donlon, 31, of 78 Quarry Circle, Milford, N.H. was arrested on two warrants. Christopher D. Truett, 23, of 35 Summer St., was charged with larceny of property worth more than $250.
- At 3:29 p.m., police responded to Parkhurst Road to speak to a woman about a stolen wallet/purse-snatching.
- At 6:35 p.m., three people were arrested on Chelmsford Street after they reportedly shoplifted two Keurigs. Jessica R. Brennan, 22, of 6 Pinewood Circle, Tewksbury, and Kevin M. Giacomello, 30, of 436 Chandler St., Tewksbury, were both charged with receiving stolen property worth $250 or more. David John Robson, 32, of 173 Coburn St., Lowell, was charged with larceny of property worth $250 or more.
- At 6:49 p.m., police responded to Technology Drive for a report of "skateboarders modifying barricades in a parking lot."
- At 10:33 p.m., police responded to Dewolf Drive for two suspicious SUVs and possibly two or four people in the woods.

- Police responded to Sinai Circle at 2:19 p.m., for possibly some drugs found in a housing unit.
- At 3:32 p.m., police responded to Richardson Road for a student found with marijuana.
- At Tyngsboro man was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Drum Hill Road after a report of a possible shoplifter. William Thomas O'Sullivan, 49, of 35 Davis St., was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
