Prostitution Sting: Chelmsford Man Arrested In Lowell Bust

LOWELL, MA — A Chelmsford man was one of six arrested in a Lowell prostitution sting Sunday night, according to police. The sting was conducted in the lower Westford Street area of the city "as a result of ongoing complaints related to prostitution," police said.

Four men were charged with seeking to engage in sexual conduct for a fee:

• Ae Noi Khamphilavanh, 36, of Chelmsford
• Giovani Frizzo, 42, of Salisbury
• Sangam Ranjan Dash, 39, of Burlington
• Ken Rath, 38, of Lynn

Two women were charged with "common nightwalking":

• Jennifer Edgecomb, 36, of Lowell
• Crystal Andrade, 34, of Lowell

All suspects were scheduled for arraignments Monday in Lowell District Court.
