RAM Acquires 91,476-square-foot Office/Lab Property in Chelmsford

The RAM Companies has the completed acquisition of a 91,476-square-foot office/lab property in Chelmsford.

Renovated in 2013, the property sits on 5.65 acres at 16 Elizabeth Drive. The property is 100 percent occupied by medical device company Arrow Interventional, a wholly owned subsidiary of NYSE-listed Teleflex, Inc.

With its longstanding partnership with a New England wealth management firm, Scarborough, Maine-based RAM is continuing its program of acquiring income producing properties.
