SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Chelmsford's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Chelmsford has five Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

• Brian Carbonell, 38, works at 90 Brick Kiln Road. Convicted of O/S rape in February, 2005.
• John Graves, 48, lives at 288 Littleton Road, #227. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age (2 offenses) in December, 1991.
• William Ormonde, 53, lives and works at 1 Oak St., #8. Convicted of aggravated rape (3 offenses) in September, 1996.
• Jacob Polston, 33, works at 229 Billerica Road. Convicted of O/S indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in August 2012.
• Andrew Rochette, 48, works at 87 Brick Kiln Road. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in May, 1987, indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in October, 1987, indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in July, 1997, Rape and abuse of child (2 offenses) in May, 1987, indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older (2 offenses) in July, 1997 and rape and abuse of child (3 offenses) in July 1997.
