Walk for a great cause! The second annual 5K walk-a-thon to benefit St. Paul's Soup Kitchen in Lowell will be held Saturday, June 11. The event begins at 40 Old Ferry Road, Lowell, at 9:00 a.m. The registration fee is $30.
St. Paul's has provided meals to the Greater Lowell Community for 21 years, and has served over 65,000 meals in the past two years.
All walk-a-thon participants will receive a free event T-shirt and goodie bag. Doughnuts, juice, and coffee will also be available.
