Kimthy Un, 41, of Lowell, was charged with shoplifting.

Keth Phiathep, 55, of Lowell, was charged with larceny over $250.
Samly Sysouphanh, 54, of Lowell, was charged with shoplifting and operating a vehicle without a license.
Wednesday, October 18
Stacia Dumas, 39, of Lowell, was charged with shoplifting. Police said she also had a warrant for receiving a stolen vehicle.
Sunday, October 22
Jade Mellen, 22, of Lowell, was charged with shoplifting and trespassing.
