Thursday: Rep. Frank Moran to Endorse “Yes on 2” Campaign at Lawrence Campaign Rally

On Thursday, Rep. Frank Moran of Lawrence will be joined by a coalition of parents, educators and community leaders from Lawrence and Lowell to kickoff the “Yes on 2” ballot campaign in the region.

Question 2 will bring fair access to public charter schools to thousands of students in the Commonwealth, including more than a thousand students in Lawrence who are shut out of public charter schools by an arbitrary, outdated enrollment cap.
