Town to Cut Ribbon on New Fire Dept. Headquarters Saturday
Come visit for the ribbon cutting ceremony and open house. Here's some info on the event, as well as parking information.
Chelmsford’s new Fire Department Headquarters is set to open to the public with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 2-4 p.m. The new headquarters are located at 50 Billerica Road.
Residents are invited to come down and see the new facility, the building dedication, and the new ladder truck and fire engine.
During the open house/ribbon cutting, Billerica Road, Rte. 129 will be closed from 2-4 p.m. from Golden Cove to Wilson Street. Drivers should plan to seek alternate routes. A detour will be in place.

Anyone attending the open house are being encouraged to park either at the Center School or the Municipal Lot behind the Santander Bank.
