Vehicular Homicide, Child Rape Among Chelmsford Indictments

Four cases with ties to Chelmsford were announced in the latest round of Middlesex County indictments.

CHELMSFORD, MA — Four cases with ties to Chelmsford are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan on Thursday announced indictments handed down between Jan. 17 and April 29.

The cases involve people who are accused of crimes in Chelmsford.

Donald Barnoski, 38, of Bedford, was charged with aggravated rape of a child, forcible rape of a child, and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.

Robert Bean, 48, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was charged with motor vehicle homicide and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol causing serious bodily injury (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.

Jose Nunez, 38, of Chelmsford, was charged with assault and battery on a household or family member and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.

Nicholas Redding, 39, of Chelmsford, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan McGovern.
