Wednesday, Feb. 24

• Jason R. Dewitt, 38, of Bangor, Maine, was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise and attempt to commit a crime.
• Elise Phoeurk, 29, of Lowell was arrested on a warrant.
• Jessica Sheridan/Fellini, 29, of Chelmsford was arrested on warrants for operating on a suspended license, lane violations, driving with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Saturday, Feb. 27

• Amanda J. Baum, 28, of Lowell was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise and operating after license suspension.
• Lester A. Saldana, 31, of Lawrence was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and on a warrant.

Sunday, Feb. 28

• James M. Beaulieu, 39, of Chelmsford was arrested on a warrant.
• Linda L. Rourke, 56, of Lowell was arrested and charged with larceny of property over $200.
