When Does School Start in Chelmsford?

Don’t look now, but summer is almost in the books and school is right around the corner.

Teachers return to their classrooms beginning with New Staff Orientation on Tuesday, Aug. 26 and Wednesday, Aug. 27.

Students don’t return until September.

Schools are closed Monday, Sept. 1, for Labor Day, teachers have a staff work day on Tuesday, Sept. 2, and students will finally fill the hallways for the first day of school on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
