Concord Fire Department crews responded to the crash and transported one person with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. Sudbury Road was closed between Grant Street and Thoreau Street while emergency crews worked at the scene, according to police. Drivers were asked to avoid the area. Police did not immediately provide additional details about the crash.
