3 Arrests, 'Irate' Rite Aid Customer, Combative Emerson Patient: Concord Police Log

Thur., July 23
- 6:39 a.m. A stray dog was reported on Musketaquid Road.
- 12:01 p.m. A woman said someone struck her vehicle while it was parked at the Thoreau Club. No note was left.
- 8:13 p.m. A combative male patient was reported at Emerson Hospital.
Fri., July 24
- 2:31 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Elias Soares, 39, of Arlington, was charged with unlicensed driving and not having an inspection sticker.

- 6:33 a.m. A loose pig was reported on Main Street.
- 6:57 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Sandy Pond Road, Christoper Champa, 29, of Lowell, was charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured vehicle.
- 9:25 a.m. A unicycle was left at the Concord Public Library.
- 1:02 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Oliver Pocon, 38, of Waltham, was charged with unlicensed driving.
Sun., July 26
- 9:34 a.m. A man came into the police station about the possible theft of a $3,400 check.
- 4:15 p.m. The manager of the Rite Aid on Lowell Road called police about an irate customer who refused to leave.
