3 Arrests, Stolen Golf Cart, Nursing Home Patient Punches Another: Concord Police Log

Mon., July 20

  • 1:09 a.m. A vehicle struck a utility poke on Main Street, knocking the pole to the ground.
  • 10:03 a.m. A man called police, upset with “speeding” construction vehicles exiting the Concord-Carlisle High School construction site.
  • 11:17 a.m. A road rage incident was reported on Route 2.
  • 12:26 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Marcelo Deaguiar, 31, of Dedham, was charged with unlicensed driving and unsafe driving.
  • 1:17 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Daniel McCarthy, 25, of Wilmington, was arrested on a warrant.
  • 3:54 p.m. A resident on Jonas Brown Circle called about a raccoon in her pool area.
  • 6:51 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Route 2, Eric Cole, 41, of Clinton, was charged with driving with a suspended license.
  • 10:07 p.m. A driver said the operator of a white Lexus was driving erratically on Old Bedford Road.

Tue., July 21

  • 1:10 p.m. Emerson Hospital staff called police about a behavioral services patient who refused to go back inside.
  • 6:36 p.m. An Emerson Hospital patient said someone stole $900 from his backpack while he was at the hospital.

  • 12:14 p.m. A golf cart was reportedly stolen from Concord Country Club.
