Alleged drug dealer Ricardo Acen was recently indicted on charges out of Middlesex Superior Court.Acen, 50, was charged with marijuana possession with intent to distribute out of Concord. He was previously charged with the same crime. He was also indicted for being a "habitual criminal."An indictment means a grand jury has determined a trial is warranted based on evidence in the case.
