Chef  Dan Charbonneau will lead a workshop on the basics of cake decorating at the Fowler Library, 1322 Main Street, Concord on Monday, July 14 at 7 pm.  Children age 12 years and up will learn about the art of working with cakes and will be able to decorate a small one under Dan's supervision.  This popular program is part of the summer activities for teens and requires registration.  Registration, which begins Tuesday, July 1, 2014 can be made by visiting <a href="http://www.concordlibrary.org" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">www.concordlibrary.org</a>.
