Don’t miss the 13th Annual RiverFest, June 20-22—an opportunity to enjoy a full weekend of activities celebrating our local federally-designated Wild & Scenic Rivers, the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord! Forty-five events in nine communities will be free and open to all who want to experience the beautiful rivers flowing through our communities.
Celebrate in Concord:
- Enjoy a 1-hour pontoon boat tour on the Sudbury River. South Bridge Boat House at 2 pm. To book your seat in advance, call 978-371-1785;
- Take a historic Concord walking tour with Ranger Roger Fuller. Gather in Concord Center at the base of Concord's Old Hill Burying Ground (next to St. Bernard's Church) and conclude at the North Bridge, 2 - 3 pm;
- Join a ranger at the Old North Bridget to learn about the opening battle of the American Revolution, 2:30 pm.
