Christmas Tree Pickup and Recycling

Help the community and yourself; have boys pick up your Christmas tree -- benefiting Concord Troop 132 and Holy Family Youth Ministry.

Now that the holidays have passed and the cleanup has begun, skip the hassle and mess of disposing of your Christmas Tree and help support local youth organizations at the same time.

Holy Family Youth Ministry and Concord Boy Scout Troop 132 are teaming up once again to collect trees after the holidays for disposal at the town compost site. Last year they picked up and recycled over 600 trees for Concord residents. The donations collected help to defray the cost of Youth Ministry Service opportunities and many Boy Scout Troop activities.

This year’s Christmas Tree Pickup will be on January 6, 2018 beginning at 8 am. The suggested donation is $20-25 per tree with payment by credit card using Paypal or by check. Trees can be picked up only from Concord locations. Tree pickups can be reserved by registering at www.holyfamilyconcord.org. The deadline for reservation is Wed, Jan 3rd by 5pm after which there is a $10 late fee.
